Arrival : Rooms are available at 3 PM on day of arrival
Departure : Rooms should be checked out by 11 AM on the day of departure. If you want to ski on your day of departure, your belongings can be stored in the luggage room. Upon your return from the slopes, showers are available in the sauna and hammam room.
Parking: We propose an inside garage at 12 € a day. Parking in front of the hotel is not permitted.
Halfboard: Includes night, breakfast and dinner.
Dinner is a set menu : soup, entrée, main dish and dessert. No refund or credit is possible for untaken meals. For children under 12 years old, we do not propose meals at 12 €
Reservations policy :
To confirm the booking, we require the effective payment of a deposit, 30% of the total amount of the stay. Once paid, this deposit runs as a guarantee and will be held by the Hotel in case of cancellation or shortened stay (article 1590 of the French Civil Code). Deposit is deducted from the outstanding bill provided that the booking has been fully respected.
Cancellation policy :
In case of a cancellation or a modification of the stay less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is fully retained by the Hotel as a guarantee.
In case of modifications of the stay once in the hotel and especially in case of anticipated departures, the total amount of the stay is due according to the agreed booking terms as confirmed in the reservation.
